sunswap support, please answer my request....

I already sent requests to sunswap support twice about the continuous failure of my claim of SUN tokens, but they never have answered for 2 weeks.

I was using sunswap for LP mining with USDD/TRX pool and I got 72,023 SUN for the rewards.
And I claimed 5 times for the $SUN and failed 5 times and just used my useless gas fee more than 50 TRX.

please check below, and please let me know the solution.
