I woke up at 4:30 AM

But, I fell asleep again. So, I couldn't go to the gym in the dawn. I juat had a dinner. I'll go to the gym soon. I'll work out 2 hours.

Workouts are like meals and sleeping. It's necessary for life. I want to go the gym tomorrow dawn as well. I'll try to do it.
