I did dumbbell bench press with 12kg in each hand, and pull-ups 15 times. Then, I rode a stationary bike for an hour, and walked on treadmill for 30 minutes. I burned around 1,000 kcal today!
By the way, the altcoin market has been recovering. I hope next week market will be more bullish than the past 2 weeks.
