Exercise is important for keeping the health. But, it doesn't only enhance shape, but also increase the healthy lifespan.

The medical science has been developing during the last century, and the average lifespan of human beings also increased. However, it doesn't mean increasing the healthy lifespan. Losing muscle or excessive fat may cause diabetes, high blood pressure and aging. So, that's the reason why I work out.
