Nevertheless, my body fat rario has not much changed.. it's strange 🤔 What should I do more? I work out 2 hours everyday. I walk 1 hour and do muscle exercises 1 hour.

Do I need to increase workout intensity? 🧐 I need to learn more about it via Youtube, etc.
