I wanted to post some pictures from my trip, but I forgot that I didn't go on the trip.

 Hello, let's eat first. Today, we're going to make fish cakes. My mom is going to buy a food truck. Do you know about food trucks? They're like pickup trucks that have ingredients used in cooking. The vendors drive their cars to sell in villages or something like that.
 I bought something similar to marinated fish, mixed with curry paste, lime leaves, long beans, chicken eggs, and seasonings. But my mom said that one bag was too little, so she added long beans and chicken eggs before blending and frying. 
 Eat it with sweet and spicy sauce. Imagine fried shrimp cakes at a restaurant.

 Eat with eggplant soup, similar to Isan chili paste, very spicy.
