WRITING A BUILDING PROJECT WHICH IS THE IMPORTANT OF BUILDING FOR THE FUTURE.../15/12/2024

Good day my fellow steemit member , am @viclobe1991 and you all welcome to my blog.

Am here to elucidate more on the building project I get to drop today. It's one of the best project ever done by me. It took me over 14 hours to write and investigate more about my work.

Been a builder I am so excited to do a work on my own. Trying something different to see the outcome of it. Have spend so much time to learn about this kind of work.
What I believe most is the gift of talent and handwork. You get yourself working for your country. The beauty of a man is the way he treats his country and people around him and ma trying so much to make sure my country have a good engineer like me.
Hoping to leave a good legacy down .

The importance of building for the future
When people choose to build a new home instead of buying existing property, it's because they're thinking of the future - their's, their family's and that of the environment. That's why it only makes sense to use build in a way that's sustainable and guaranteed to stand the test of time.

What does it mean to prepare your next project for the future? The principles are straightforward, but surprisingly, not all builders and suppliers heed them.

Health and safety
Security and technology
Minimising costs where possible
Energy efficiency
Resource responsibility
Sound control
Space management
