Garden Day!............. NW Cascade Wanderings

Garden Day! I had today to get the garden in as IF the weather forecast is correct, it’s calling for rain for the next 10+ days!

I realized today as I began, I needed to do an adjustment on what and how much of some things I was going to plant. I expanded the corn and pulled the herbs out of the mix completely. I’m planning on a bigger container herb garden. A few things are going to have to wait a little while. I’m considering another raised bed garden but haven’t made up my mind yet. I do have enough dirt to do it. 😁

I netted it to keep the plants safe from the deer.

This next pic is of the old raised bed housing onions and garlic.

I worked all morning into the afternoon. I revamped the potato bed and planted spinach and asparagus. Lots of weed pulling! 😅

Then we went for a hike. I am tired now. 🥱

Tomorrow begins my workweek. I’m going to try to not let it stress me out as Wednesday’s are the most stressful. Maybe because it’s my Monday in essence. Things seem to snowball a bit for some reason. Breathe-I’ll need to remind myself.
