Exploring Chillon Castle

Last month, I visited Chillon Castle in Montreux, and let me tell you, it was really cool! The castle sits right on Lake Geneva surrounded by mountains – the view alone is amazing.

Walking in, I was immediately impressed. The castle looks like something out of a fairy tale, with its ancient walls and the little bridge leading to the island. Inside, it was even more exciting. There were also some eerie moments. When I descended into the dungeons, it suddenly got pretty dark. The castle had a dark side as a prison – it's wild to think about.
