I think my biggest pet peeve with it all is how so much of it is unrepresentative. There are like 4k degree granting universities in the United States with close to 20 million students.

And rarely in these discussions do we ever hear how so many of the vanguard of the moral panic about universities attended these elite universities.

Just take some time one afternoon and look at what schools most Republican politicians and talking heads went to. You'll be calling for a total and complete shutdown of Harvard Law until we can figure out what the hell is going on.
