I just have to get rid of the fluids in my lungs which gives me difficulty in breathing all the time and sucking those juices out from me can only be done through dialysis process.

I've been feeling much at ease lately for the few days because I was hitting my all-time low of dry weight. I am not sure but I am getting lighter relatively as I was targeting a lower dry weight than previous ones because it is actually making me feel better with my breathing. Now after my dialysis treatment yesterday I was able to hit 32.2 Kilograms, and yes I am that light that is why my sister can carry me like a baby on her arms. A lower dry weight makes me feel better when sleeping because I no longer wake-up with a chasing heartbeat which is why it means that for many years I am lifting this heavy baggage which is causing me to get so breathless whenever I would exert some normal body movements like fixing my blanket and much worse when I would walk. I am just thankful that I cab still walk without much pain now compared before because of the improvements of my bone issues due to my usage of Vitamin K2 MK-7. Well, that "wonder-vitamin" helped me for my mobility but still my breathing issues persists because of my left lung as I saw while getting an ultrasound procedure on my abdomen had shown that I have a fluid deposit in my left lung. It is one of the reason aside from my lungs being squeezed by the curvature of my backbone in making it hard for me to breathe better most of the time particularly with just a little normal physical effort.

I would be panting like a dog whenever I would do a minor exertion like walking in short distances and even talking to someone.

There is no way for me to get some relief but to get rid of extra fluids in my lungs which manifests when I am due for dialysis treatment, i.e. a day after my previous dialysis treatment with approximately 2.5+Kg of fluid weight. It was not like that when I was just a new patient because I was able to load even at around six kilos and I am thankful that during those times the former nurses that was doing the treatment for me are easy to speak with about how much fluids that they should take-out but nowadays the treatments are always on the "play safe" mode and they are not even sensitive about patient's complaints or manifesting fluids in the lungs until the patient dies. What is scary about dialysis is that you can have a nurse (head nurse) that will defy how long you will live because dialysis treatments are tailored for each patients or a group of patients in both good and bad way and hope that you belong to "good standard" way because you will probably live longer although not all of course as each individual patient have or have no other underlying ailments which is a factor as well among other things which could go right or wrong. Most that lived long are those patient with not much other illnesses but if your Kidney failure is caused by diabetes or hypertension for example, most of them sad to say would never last particularly those that have diabetes or heart issues.

The longevity of dialysis patients depends on their other comorbidities like diabetes or people with heart ailments. Then the clinic itself is a big factor as well in determining the mortality of their patients.

Now I reached this low of a weight (32.2) and still my blood pressure didn't budge and staying stable at 120/80, it may sound good but if your blood pressure is not reacting to the dialysis it just means that you are not really getting the full benefits of dialysis. I can say this because I am not feeling hungry after dialysis treatment which just means that I am getting the bad side of "safe side" type of treatment. However at least my breathing is quite much better and it helps my heart not to get tooo stressed out from fluid overload which I think will improve if I will maintain this weight. But again it also means that I am not adding a real mass on my body because of some of the things that I also do not know, it could be anything from heavy meatal toxicity which I assume that I am suffering from or this case is just uniquely occurring to me. I can say that I am achieving my goal of reaching my real dry weight but the question remains, how low I can get it lower?
