Steem greetings all the way from the motherland-Cameroon and welcome to my blog as I share my daily routine with you all. It was a Monday as usual with an imposed lockdown by separatists fighters in the English speaking regions of Cameroon.

On this day, lots of indoors activities are carried out by different households. I was not indifferent carrying out one of the activities I usually do on ghost town day I first of all decided to prepare fish for breakfast. Everyone at home was excited immediately I mentioned I was to prepare fish for breakfast. I removed the fish from the freezer and defrost it. I washed it and removed the scales and unnecessary stuff and spiced it ready to be roasted.

While the fish was being roasted in the oven, I had to prepare milk to feed my baby. Along the way, I had to check on the fish if it was ready. Then I sat down with my son to relax a bit after he drank the milk.

In 45 minutes time, our breakfast was ready and I prepared everything needed for us to eat. We ate together as a family because as our family rule, we eat together. The reason why I had to serve it in a tray that was free and convenient for us to eat together.

Another activity for the day was to do laundry. My husband had assisted to soak the dresses with detergents . Washing was easier because we earlier soaked the dresses with detergents. After washing the dresses, we all craved for bread and chocolate. I went to the store and purchase fresh bread and we had chocolate at home.

The evening hour was more relaxed as we spent the time together watching international friendly soccer games and also watch a movie before calling it a day. Until my next diary, I wish everyone a fun filled week ahead.
