Hi everyone,
It's another day of the week, and I'm delighted to participate in this contest today organized by @miyexi, which talks about how There is no price compared to what you have given me. I will be making my entry below, so read through it and drop your valuable comment, as it will be appreciated.
At a point in my life I met a terrible illness which made me understand better who my friends and family members were. Indeed when you want to know your true friends, get into a trouble which you will need the assistance of others around.
Let me explain how it all started. After my secondary education, I had a spiritual attack which they call night gun. It is believed here in Africa that some one can send this to someone if they want to eliminate the person.
I have never done anything wrong to someone to deserve such attack but when I suddenly developed a serious wound on both sides of my leg, my family took me all around different hospitals for treatment but all efforts to have my self treated proved abortive.
The wound continued growing and became even more painful and worse at some point. It came to a time when a friend adviced my parents that the issue is not a medical issue but an issue that needs harbal care.
Hearing that I was taken to a harbal home for the treatment, when they man saw the wound he immediately said to me that he will apply some medication which will help tell him the type and cause of the wound before he can start the treatment.
He put the medicine and after 3 days my leg started smelling and a lot of Margot started coming out from it. Those who usually come around to see me couldn't do that again because of how the face was and the things coming out from it.
None of my friends stayed back with me during that period again because they all stopped visiting me due to the smell and the things that they saw coming out of the wound.
It was only my mother and my dad that didn't leave me during the period of my trial as a sick person and that is why I continue to appreciate their effort for what they have done for me and what they are still doing till this moment.
I want to invite @josepha, @simonnwigwe, and @dove11, to join the contest in this community and share their entry participation.
