Hello dear Steemians,

Another update about our work on weekend, it is very early spring in Scotland, usually it is proper spring in Europe but here it comes a month later. So now we are noticing that trees are getting slowly greener. Maybe another couple of weeks and from May on the leaves will grow very quickly we well as flowers. That is why it is a good time to trim the shrubs and to prepare everything for new branches and leaves.

We have trimmed our hedge last autumn but only on one side and was wondering if that side recover but seems it is still very slow and remains relatively empty despite of other side of hedge has many new green branches.

Seeing that we just decided to go for radical cut and make it short so that everything can start growing from the same height.

That was our work on Saturday morning, these day are very rainy and we managed to catch up the moment when it was dry because electric saw is not possible to use when it is raining, due to danger of getting electric shock if water gets into the running equipment. Using electric saw made it easy and quick, we are lucky that nowadays there are such garden equipment helps to keep garden tidy.

So here are some photos to show you how it was looking during our work
