Moringa seeds are classified as a superfood since they contain vitamins, minerals and proteins necessary and basic for the proper functioning of the physical body. In the photographs in this publication I show you the seeds, but the flowers and leaves also have good nutritional properties.

The seeds can be eaten with their rind, but the rind is also removed and only the almond remains, its flavor is a little bitter and at the same time sweet. It is recommended to consume one to two seeds in the morning. People who suffer from low blood sugar should consume a small amount of these seeds because they have the property of lowering blood sugar.

Moringa leaves can be used in stewing meat and soups, but it is applied 15 minutes before turning off the heat.

The flowers are also used to make soups and stews but more specifically as a tea infusion to drink with juices. The leaves, seeds and flowers are preferably consumed early in the day since their properties activate the brain, so it is not advisable to consume it at night. It also has the ability to accelerate metabolism, which is why it is recommended for burning fat and for children who suffer from poor nutrition it is recommended to give them a small dose.

So for a community without sufficient economic resources to progress, it needs good nutrition for its children so that they can perform in their academic studies. A town that does not have good nutrition and education plans for its children will hardly be able to have a generation of architects. chemical engineers, petroleum engineers, doctors, lawyers etc.

In conclusion, the moringa tree is a wonder, it is grown in dry soils with little water, it reproduces easily by seed and by cutting, its nutritional properties contained in the leaves, seeds and flowers can help the school performance of students in Uganda .

These seeds have a superficial shell

Here we can see the seed nut without shell
