The state budget; Planning of the uncertainty for the present and the future, and being involved with business planning from time to time and from place to place!

So, the state budget to any times is about welfare and distribution of welfare, and what we are seeing are just choices in the freedom and in diversity where we are, and what we are making of selections of things when being here. So, we state is seeking after competence and economists, and philosophers and other people, and they are planning how the incomes are coming and the origin of the incomes, and how we are using what we are getting of incomes in a national economy when we are here where we are, and we are always loving the people we know, and these things are close relations and a bit more far and distant relations, but being friends with people being around you, that is the nicest thing in the life, and it is the core of how we are perceiving and engaging in things and facts while we are here. So, we should always try to maintain and to develop and to own churches and schools that have had much importance for several generations during the time when the institutions have been there, and there is always things to learn of small and big things, and something is technical and something is tactical and something is philosophy and ways of doing visions, and that is the way we are living and operating and working in the life when being here, and we should always wish the best destiny for all the people that we know, and knowing things for certain, that is just making speculations in the life which we cannot trust in all kinds of deep and wide planning and doings when we are as we are in the life where we are when we are living, but we are just in the same and in the different places as before when we are here, and we are here as humans just due to the fact that there have been mutations of people being before us, and they had also the pleasure and the motivation of chatting and/or writing when we are here, and we should love people loving us!
So, the state should make some incomes, and these things are coming from many sources, and some of them are taxes and duties, and there are also more kinds of ways that the state can operate for making a national economy, and the money is used on different purposes such as schools, research institutions, transportation, buildings, organizations, hospitals and many more ways to distribute the ways of consumption, investments, saving and import and export when we are planning the state economy just as we are doing these things when being here, and we should always accept that we are different in knowledges and in experiences many of us, and we should give a smile to the world, and the world is giving thousands of or millions of smiles back, and we should love all people being born, and the ethnicity and origin and color on the skin and how I was the human as I was and always still is, that is the exciting and funny material of finding where we are coming form, and some people are making conflicts and frustrations about doing the reality of things in wrong ways in the families when telling how the families were there, and some are not telling the truth, and some do not know, and some are telling a structured and an easy way of telling where we are coming from, and why we are the humans like we are, and being national and international in our efforts, that is a nice journey in the life that we are having when we are here. And we should love that people are concerned of giving more and new lives to the world, and there are too few people being born these days in several countries, and hence it is nice when couples take the responsibility with given few, middle or many new children, and this is how the life is perceived and how we are all perceiving it when being here and there.
So, the organizations of private and public ways must also plan the present and the future with incomes and uses of money, and the monetary analysis is something we are having many places, and distorted views can be discussed, and we must go for something in the life, so being where we are, is something making pleasure for many people, and the reality is also open for alternatives when we are here.
