Pressure in a private Job is something that I am awfully aware of as I work in a private company and my dad has worked all his life in a Private Company and I have seen how tough it is mentally as well as physically so I can fully relate to the Peer Pressure that a Private Company exerts on their employees. The pressure of a Private Job really affects in different ways for different peoples like a bad workplace environment, a bad personal life, or just a bad environment. In my case, I was the prey of a Bad Workplace environment where I was working with some people that were actively working against me and I had no clue as to what was happening.

The fact that a Private Sector job is characterized by high expectations of performance, achieving deadlines, and at the same time dealing with the lack of Job Security is something a lot of us deal with and that leads to potential burnout and sometimes even deep depression. So yeah the Pressure that is exerted on Private Company Employees is most definitely a cut above the rest.

But despite the fact that there is so much pressure in Private Jobs the opportunity of a higher post and salary is also a thing that is an option which means you have a chance to make some good money while you are under PRESSURE. This means that you have to be very careful with your steps as to how much pressure you want in your life so that there is a good balance between WORK and LIFE and you get to work hard and enjoy life at the same time.

As for myself, I was in a Private Job that had a lot of Politics going around and not a lot of work because of this my life was literally miserable and I was sad all the time but finally, I decided to call it quits as this Job really was getting on my nerves and I hope to find a better job with a good Work-Life Balance.
