We all play badminton here at night with lights on. We started about two months ago. Benefits of playing Minton. If you play badminton at night and in the morning during Eid, your mind and your body will be good. But this game is very beneficial for us and stands out for us as well.

To start this game we first have to buy a feather costing about 70 to 80 taka. That we call cock. Each has a bat in his hand. As soon as a match is over, another group descends and they start playing and continue like this until deep into the night. The game is very fun for everyone but if you don't put in a little effort then you can't play this game.

A lot of effort is required and a lot of sweat is required because you have to run a lot and enjoy this sport together. But sometimes if you put your time a little slow then you have to go far from this game. You'll only lose, you won't win if you're careless.

Play this game with a lot of attention. Especially when you start this sport your body will ache and your neck will ache due to which we feel very sick. But when we play this badminton regularly our body gets better and there is no problem here. Of course we all need this game because our mind is good when we play any game.

When the youth go away from sports, they will definitely go to the path of destruction ie into the world of addiction. Sports plays a very important role for us to bring back the youth which I cannot explain to you. Now a days youth society is in a very bad condition due to which sports has become a very necessary activity for us now.
