How are you all my dear friends hope all are well today I am here to participate in a recipe contest so I first want to thank @mvchacin who has presented such a beautiful contest for us also today's contest is homemade and super delicious rasgulla. Let's show you how to make rasgulla in a short time which we always buy from the market but if we can make this kind of rasgulla at home with few ingredients and in a short period Then we can easily gift our family with a healthy and beautiful recipe but let's without further ado, I present the Rasgulla recipe tutorial to you,

I am going to make a very sweet recipe today: Rasgolla. It is very sweet, and I have prepared it with a few ingredients.

🍧 Did you use a recipe variation, or is it a recipe of your creation?

I have not used any recipe variations here. This is my own recipe and I have tried to make it with a few ingredients that I have at home I have made it like a store so that there is no difference in taste in the store.

Here are the ingredients that will be required to prepare my recipe

I will prepare Rasgolla with these few ingredients and present it to you but let's know go through the whole preparation process.

STEP 1

First I took all the ingredients required to make rasgolla

then I took milk powder according to my quantity in a bowl

then I put one spoonful of baking powder in it

and added one spoonful of ghee

Then I added beaten eggs to

the milk powder and kneaded everything well for about five minutes to make a sticky dough

and I marinated it for 10 minutes and then oven In a pot I will heat liquid milk like half a kg.

When the milk boils a little I will add three small cardamoms And add sugar as much as possible in it because the smell of small cardamoms in the rasgolla will be very good.

Then after 10 minutes, the milk powder will become very soft. With some ghee, I made small round-shaped rasgullas from the powder In the meantime,

when the liquid milk becomes hot , I will pour the rasgullas into it.

After 5 minutes of pouring, the rasgollas will swell a little, then I will stir them lightly with a spoon.

Then leave the rasgollas for another five minutes and after that all the rasgollas will become very wet in all the milk and the rasgollas will double in size by sucking all the milk. you can see in the picture

then my rasgolla is ready and removed from the oven and after it cools a bit it is ready to be served on a plate
