Me taking meat pie in a fast food

Tell us who is the biggest eater in your home or family and why do you credit them with that title?

The biggest eater in my house/home is my sweet self. I wouldn't say I eat alot but I just like to get my mouth busy. I do not eat in bigger portions, just smaller portions of this and that.

Food is life for me but I mostly love food that has beef or meat or pork in it. I can manage eggs but I got my main dishes I don't joke with. I eat only what I would like to eat, I'm not the lover of trying new dishes.

Tell us a little about the favourite foods, among the favourites of that adorable eater who stands out for his good teeth.

Myself taking Afang soup

Before me in this photo above is my favourite soup called Afang soup. This dish can wake me up from sleep 😂 with just the aroma or thought of it. I really love the taste of this dish. It's ingredients don't vary, what varies is just the protein used for it. It's quite easy to make this dish as long as the ingredients are available.

Some can be cow meat, goat meat, some people use chicken and different kinds of fish(dried fish, smoked fish). The ingredients for this dish are;

  • Afang

  • Water leaf

  • Crayfish/dried fish

  • Onions/peppers

  • Perewinkle

  • Salt/Maggi

It has health benefits that makes it my favourite;

  • It helps in losing weight, as long as you get used to portioning meals.

  • It helps improve the eyesight and general eye health.

  • It also improves the skin and heart health.

  • It works to reduce your blood sugar level.

Do you consider that the biggest eater in your house eats healthy? Or you should take care of the form, frequency and proportion of what you eat for your well-being.

Myself preparing to eat this custard with fried plantain and eggs.

I do consider that I eat healthy. I am very particular about my portion when it comes to food. Because most times I do simple indoor workout just to still be in good shape.

I sometimes diet when I decide to focus on my health, or when I notice that my clothes are a bit tight, I reduce my portions completely but still enjoy my meal, then incorporate teas and vegetables and fruits.

It's not so easy to lose weight but for me, it's very simple to gain weight and I'm one of those experiencing this. The caution I take is to reduce my portions and eat little if everything while I take walks, go for swimming, dance, or do indoor workout.

I get to combine foods, like try to make it a balanced diet with a little of protein, carbohydrate, vitamin & minerals, fat and oil, etc. My dish should carry 2 or 3 of these.

I would like to invite @chiomzy810, @benson6 and @mesola to join in this contest, thank you.
