Saludos queridos chef, en SIC nos sentimos agradecid@s por el apoyo constante demostrado a la comunidad y en aras de que continuen creando calidad con nosotros y divirtiendose a su vez; extiendo la invitacion para todos a este nuevo y ameno concurso denominado: "Hablemos defrutas en SIC" el cual tendra varias ediciones, como varias son las frutas que consumimos frecuentemente y de las que podemos hablar infinidad de caracteristicas, predilecciones y propiedades.

Como participar?
Eres libre de crear tu contenido como mejor te parezca, siempre y cuando no pierdas la esencia de ilustrar en 300 palabras y con imagenes propias, lo que desees de la fruta que la dinamica colocara como elemento protagonico del concurso. La fruta de esta semana es:"El cambur" reitero, eres libre de crear tu contenido como tambien puedes guiarte por las siguientes preguntas.
Cuentanos que tanto te gusta el cambur y con que frecuencia lo consumes.
Cuentanos un poco de las formas de consumir el cambur en tu hogar: como fruta solitaria, en postres o cualquier receta que desees referir, describir y /o compartir con nosotros.
Hablanos sobre sus aportes nutricionales con tus propias palabras y si tienes alguna anecdota curiosa que desees compartir.
Regalanos una foto lo mas creativa posible, con la fruta de esta semana o en su defecto, un dibujo sencillo pero lindo de la misma coloreado en una hoja blanca ; le daría un plus espectacular a tu participación y tal vez evocarias bonitos tiempos de etapa escolar.
Vamos talentosos chefs de SIC, seria genial ver esas entradas frescas, amenas, divertidas, ilustrativas y ocurrentes que deleitaran a todos los lectores, combinando lo gastronómico con lo creativo.

Greetings dear chef, at SIC we feel grateful for the constant support shown to the community and in order that they continue creating quality with us and having fun at the same time; I extend the invitation to everyone to this new and enjoyable contest called: "Let's talk about fruits in SIC" which will have several editions, as there are several fruits that we frequently consume and about which we can talk about an infinite number of characteristics, predilections and properties .
How to participate?
You are free to create your content as you see fit, as long as you do not lose the essence of illustrating in 300 words and with your own images, what you want from the fruit that the dynamics will place as the leading element of the contest. This week's fruit is:"The Cambur" I reiterate, you are free to create your content as you can also be guided by the following questions.
Tell us how much you like banana and how often you consume it.
Tell us a little about the ways to consume banana in your home: as a solitary fruit, in desserts or any recipe that you want to refer, describe and/or share with us.
Tell us about its nutritional contributions in your own words and if you have any curious anecdotes that you want to share.
Give us a photo that is as creative as possible, with this week's fruit or failing that, a simple but cute drawing of it colored on a white sheet; It would give a spectacular plus to your participation and perhaps you would evoke beautiful school days.
Come on, talented SIC chefs, it would be great to see those fresh, enjoyable, fun, illustrative and witty entries that will delight all readers, combining gastronomy with creativity.
