Let's Cook a Delicious Fried Melon Soup

Cook fried melon soup with me!
melon soup is another delicious dish in africa this soup is made with melon seed, melon seed can also be blend and add to other dishes to archive a thicker delicious soup.

So stay with me while i share this wonderful recipe to the end.

Ingredients;

• melon seeds
• beef meat
• oil
• hot leaves
• stock fish
• crayfish
• dried fish
• perewinkles
• cow skin
• water leaf
• seasoning cubes and salts

Let's get down to the preparation process.

This my melon seed so i will have to blend it very well and keep aside

This is how its looks after blending, you can use blender to blend it without adding water.

It is very important to blend melon seed to perfection because this will make it look smooth while eating without having to chew some particles in the soup.

Another important ingredient that needs attention is the perewinkles, this is one of the sea creatures that are added in a dish with the shell so thoroughly washing it will make the soup sand free.

I washed all my proteins into the pot add some seasonings cube and salt to taste added some fresh pepper, steam for about 15 minutes then i turned it out and set aside

I added oil into my pot allowed it hot but not bleached i added a pinch of salt to it the poured in my blended melon and stirred still i noticed some oil floating.

I poured in my other ingredients that was steamed and set aside all together with the stock and allow it simmer for 5 minutes.

Then i go in with my already sliced water leaf cover and allow it simmer for more 5 minutes.

Then i added my crayfish taste to see if my seasoning are accurate before i added my sliced hot leaves to give it a good flavor.

My delicious fried melon soup was ready for consumption. Any solid can be used to eat it.
