INGREDIENTS
π Rice Flour π Chikpeas Grams π Ajwain πButter π Red Chili Powder π asafoetida powder π Oil π π Salt
Step1 :
Take a quarter kilo of rice flour, sieve it, and put it in a bowl.
Step2 :
Take 100 grams of chickpeas and grind them in a mixer grinder to make a paste. Then, sieve it and mix it with rice flour.
Step3 :
After that, take a handful of ajwain seeds and add them. Then add the required amount of salt and mix well.
Step 4 :
Add one teaspoon of chili powder and asafoetida powder and mix well.
Step 5 :
Add required amount of water and knead well. While kneading, add 100 grams of butter or vanaspati and knead.
Step 6 :
Take a handful of the kneaded dough and place it in a squeezing tool. At the same time, put a pan on the stove and pour oil to heat. Once it is hot, squeeze out the dough just like ribbon, using the squeezing tool into the oil to fry.
Step 7 :
Fry the ribbon flour in oil until it turns golden brown, and then take it out and place it in a bowl.
Now the delicious crispy and spicy snacks "Ribbon Pakoda" are ready to eat. You can eat this while having evening tea or serve snacks to your guests.
