💞Hello Chefs Friends💞

How are you all, my dear friends? I hope my dear friends are well. Winter has arrived wrapped in a blanket of fog. Winter brings interesting winter vegetables. Today I will cook Rui fish with winter vegetables, beans, new potatoes, tomatoes. Winter vegetables are very fun to eat, and if there is fish with these interesting vegetables, then fish curry with winter vegetables will be even more fun. Let's get right to the main recipe at this point.

IngredientsQuantity
Fish700 grams
Beans500 grams
Tomatoes2 pis
Potatoes2 pis
Ginger paste1 teaspoon
Garlic paste1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder1 tsp
Chilli powder1tsp
Cumin powder1 tsp

Step 1:

First, I washed and cleaned the fish very well with salt and water. If you clean it with salt, there will be no fishy smell. Now I mixed some turmeric powder, chili powder and salt well to fry the fish.
