What do you understand by the word Chocolate?

Chocolate is a name that is given to a food that is obtain from roasted and grounded cocoa. It comes in different ways should as liquid, solid, and paste forms.
The process by which chocolate is make is know as Conching. The name cacao signify that the food is made from a cocoa seeds.

Briefly talk about three benefits of eating chocolate.

I have been eating chocolate for many years now and there are a lot of benefits I notice about it. Here are some benefits of eating chocolate:-

• Dark chocolate is rich in Antioxidant. With antioxidants in chocolate which people consum in their meal whether daily or weekly it helps in reduce the risk of contacting some certain disease and it also help the human cells from damaging.

• Chocolate helps in Mood boosting: Chocolates have some contains compounds that helps the body to release endorphins, which lead to well-being of the human and also feeling of pleasure too.

• chocolate helps in improveing the health of Heart: Dark chocolate contains some amount of Flavonoids which help lowering the blood pressure and improveing the level of cholesterol in the blood which the act helps in reducing the risk of heart diseases.

Share with us your experience concerning chocolate

Chocolate is actually one of my favorite color or let me snacks because everything that have the dark color and alongside with the cocoa flavor making to be chocolate is something I like.

I have a short story to tell concerning how my love for chocolate increase, on now day I normally buy the white ice cream which is the milky one, so one day I decided to try out the chocolate ice cream and it so delicious to my testing and since from that day I have changed from buy the normal white ice cream to buying the chocolate.

The main reason behind my changing from milky ice cream to chocolate ice cream is when I first tested it the was a little betterness in the ice cream and the color plus the flavor really hit a long way on my head and since from that day chocolate ice cream become my favorite ice cream.

Which steemian will you like to share a chocolate with and why?

They are a lot of steemian I will like to share a cup of chocolate ice cream with because in my own terms sharing is loving. But on this occasion way by you have to mention one people which you will like to share a chocolate with and the reason why you chose that people.
