How are you all? Hope you all are doing well and enjoying your lives. Today I am participating in the Best Diary Game in Steem For Pakistan community. So in this regard, I made a diary which I am sharing with you guys. I hope you guys will enjoy reading the diary.

Today I woke up at four o'clock in the morning and then performed ablution. Fajr prayer was performed after ablution. After praying, I fell asleep because my sleep was not complete.

Then mother woke me up at seven o'clock because today we had to cook Niyaz at home. So when I got fresh, my mother told me after I got fresh. That you go to the market and bring goods from there.

So I went to the market and bought things for Niyaz from there. In Niyaz, we had to make rice.

So I went to a general store in the market. First of all, I gave them the slip that was written to me by Niyaz maker. The shopkeeper started taking out the goods. I took ghee, biryani masala, chicken cube and salt in the goods and brought the goods home.

Then I got a call from Niyaz maker asking where are you I was coming. I told him to come. I am at home. So he came after 10 minutes and he started making Niyaz. First, he told me to make a stove with bricks.

After making the stove, we lit the fire on which we were to cook the Niyaz. After lighting the fire, he placed the pot on the fire and began to do the rest.

Then he cut the onion into small pieces and added kashmir ghee to it. After adding the ghee, he threw it into the pot so that it could be fried.

Then he asked me to bring the pestle and the motor from home. Through which we will divide the chilies into broken parts. I said OK, so I went home and got a pestle and mortar so they could cut it into small parts.

Then after that, he cut the tomato and after cutting the tomato he put it inside a plate.

We had to add white channy to the rice. The person who wanted to make Niyaz had told me that I should pick it a day before. I took the white channy a day before so that they could rot at night. Then I soaked the channy in water to soften them.

I put the rice in a drum and cleaned it. I cleaned it with water. First, I soaked the rice in water for 20 minutes to clean it. If there is any garbage etc in it, then they come out. After I cleaned it, I put it on a cot which you can see.

Then the Niyaz maker put the rice in the pot and the channy in the pot and started cooking it. He cooked the rice for 20 to 25 minutes.

After cooking the rice, he gave it to him. After steaming, put it on its sides so that it cooks well. When the rice was cooked, he told me that the rice was ready. You should put it on one side. I told the cook and she would drive home.

Then I called my friends that you guys should come. Niyaz is ready. Come and eat at my house. So my friend came and we all ate Niyaz together. I also called my father's friends, younger children and my friends. Which you can see in the pictures. Then we all started eating Niyaz together. When we ate Niyaz, Niyaz was prepared in a very good way.

After eating Niaz, I asked my friends if they would drink tea or a cold drink. So my friends said that we would drink tea. So I went home and asked mom to make tea for my friends. So my mother started making tea. Then I gave tea to my friends. After drinking tea, he sat next to me and started talking.
