(1) Best organic food for constipation?

Organic food is fresh or processed food grown using organic farming methods.
Synthetic chemicals, pesticides, and fertilizers are not used in making organic food.

For constipation, we should mostly consume green leafy vegetables and leguminous vegetables.

Green leafy vegetables, leguminous vegetables like bottle gourd, lady's finger, broccoli, bean, carrot, beetroot, frozen peas, kidney beans, flaxseed, etc. contain dietary fiber, which is very beneficial in curing constipation.

Eating fenugreek leaf vegetable relieves constipation.

And consuming some fresh fruits like guava, grapes, sapodilla , papaya, etc. is very beneficial.
Drinking coffee is also beneficial for constipation patients.

If you are troubled by constipation, you should consume Triphala powder or tablet. Nowadays it is easily available in the market.

Triphala contains glycosides which are very effective in relieving constipation.

(2) Best organic ingredients for overall gut health?

Many types of organic ingredients are important for gut health such as:

Vitamin B

Vitamin B helps in improving gut health. Vitamin B1 helps the digestive system to function properly. And vitamin B6 regulates intestinal movements.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is water soluble. It increases the production of fatty acids in the body. It mediates between the intestine and the intestines.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D has anti-inflammatory properties that help control the balance in the gastrointestinal wall. We get vitamin D from fish, egg yolk, fruits and vegetables and fortified foods like milk and orange juice.

Water

Water is important for healthy digestion.

If you have constipation, you should drink more water.

Drinking less water hinders the movement of stool.

And due to this, the stool in the stomach becomes solid or hard, which leads to constipation.

Probiotics

Foods like curd and buttermilk contain probiotics. They take care of the health of the intestine.

The fiber present in a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables, good bacteria, improves the health of our intestine.

A healthy diet, which contains fiber in the form of bran cereals, vegetables and fruits, helps in keeping the digestive process active.

Activity and exercise also improve the health of the large intestine and rectum.
