How are you all my dear friends hope all are well and alhamdulillah I am also well today I am here to participate in a food diary game contest organized by @jyoti-thelight mam. in Hindwhale Community community the name of the contest is "HWC Contest #94: Food Diary Game - Week -26 great contest and every week I try to participate in this contest and still today I have come with my food recipes to participate in this contest but let's get started,
I woke up in the morning feeling sleepy and now it's a bit late to wake up in the morning because I don't want to wake up in cold weather but still have to get up then I cooked hot khichuri and with it, two eggs poach it was fun to eat khichuri with eggs. Khichuri is different and much better eaten during winter at this time the khichuri is cooked with winter vegetables so the teste of the khichuri is doubled.
At lunchtime today, I cooked my favourite dishes. Yesterday brought a big fish and with that big fish head, I made a recipe with potatoes and gave it some modernity. It tasted amazing and it tasted great and I wanted to keep something healthy with it. I cooked vegetables by adding several vegetables together and with it and with that I put some cucumbers and lemons and we had a wonderful hearty lunch.
In the evening today I cooked cholla boot with I cooked ghugni but today I will present here the full recipe for cooking ghugni let's start

▣For cooking I have soaked the chickpea boots overnight or for seven to eight hours because they are very hard and we need to keep them for longer to soften. And after that, it should be boiled well,
▣then a clean fry pan one will be put on the stove and there I add onions and green chillies and fry well with oil and there I add some garam masala.

▣After a while there I add boiled chickpea boots and fry them well for about five minutes.

After the evening meal, our stomachs were so full that both desire and feeling to have not dinner rose but still, it is the advice of elders not to go to sleep on an empty stomach so I kept some light food at night and at night I gave dal and small fish with hot rice. I made a recipe with potato and corolla and added some cucumber and lemon to the dal and lemon combined with everything was a great dinner.
