Through this art, we satisfy the needs of the stomach. We all are familiar with this art of cooking. We all can cook more or less. I am not a good cook. But sometimes I cook food for my children. My children enjoy it when I cook something for them.

Today I make Chicken Pokora for my children. Today is my holiday, we are all fasting including my daughter. My daughter demanded and said that we should prepare something special for today's iftar. All the ingredients including chicken were ready at home. So, without delay, I made Chicken Pakora.
I am presenting the rule of making chicken pakora in the form of a recipe for my steemian friends. I hope you will stay with me.

Chicken meat | 1/2 kg |
Onion | 1 bowl |
Besan | 2 spoons |
Rice powder | 2 spoons |
Turmeric powder | 1 spoon |
Chilli powder | 1 spoon |
Coriander powder | 1 spoon |
Ginger garlic paste | 2 tsp |
Chat masala | 1 spoon |
Tomato sauce | 1 spoon |
Lemon | 1/2 piece |
Coriander leaves | as much. |
Salt | in moderation |

✅ Step:- 1
- First, I cut the chicken pieces into small pieces.
- I tried with pieces of meat that had bones in them because meat with bones is tastier
✅Step 2: -
- Now I mix well all the spices like turmeric, pepper, onion, coriander, ginger paste, chaat masala, and salt in the meat one by one.
- Mix in such a way that the onions become soft.
✅Step 3: -
- Now I mix some rice powder and some besan.
✅Step-4: -
- Now I mix everything and put the chickens in the fridge.
- I refrigerate the chickens for about 2 hours so the spices can mix well with the meat.
✅Step-5: -
At this stage, I will fry the chicken pieces and make chicken pakora.
I take the chicken out of the fridge.
- I give 1/2 piece lemon juice on the chicken mixed.
- Now mix the chopped coriander leaves well.
- Now I put a frypan in the oven.
- Add enough soybean oil to the frypan.
- When the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces one by one to the frypan.
- After a while, I flip the chickens over.
✅Step-6: -
- When the chickens are fully fried, I transfer them to a plate.
✅Step-7:-
- Now I took a picture with the chicken pakora.
- I made chicken pakora fry for my kids. My little son also took a picture with me.
