First of all, I want to send a big greeting to all friends of steemit and especially to the members of this prestigious and wonderful #Project-Hope, today I come to share with all of you this publication related to the importance of residence in the success of organizations and human relations.

Today's organizations face the new business environment, where it is not only necessary to renew, incorporate new technology and redesign work processes, aimed at improving the quality of their services.

Therefore, the human factor also needs to be refocused as a fundamental asset and true promoter of the improvement of the organization, becoming successful when they give greater value and emphasis to the people they work with.

In this sense, when we incorporate resilience in organizations, this term has been adopted in a certain way as being invulnerable, invincible and resistant, i.e. the pain, struggle and suffering implicit in the process is recognized.

On the other hand, the strategic way to achieve the objectives, through the performance of certain tasks carried out by people, are already known elements such as planning, organization, direction and control, considered the most important actions in an organization.

Therefore, resilience moves away from the medical model of human development based on pathology and approaches a proactive pedagogical model based on well-being, which focuses on the acquisition of competencies and self-efficacy that translates into a worker willing to sacrifice for business success and well-being.
