It is summer in our country. During this time our weather is very hot. It becomes very difficult to stay indoors or outdoors for the heat of the sun. In such of a situation, the temperature of our country has been increasing more and more in the past few days which is intolerable. From this heat, the only one way we can stay healthy at this time is to drink more water, eat fruits, green vegetables, and healthy foods. We should avoid junk food. During this time our body suffers from more dehydration for which we need to consume more water or fresh fruit juice. There is a high demand for juices and sherbets on the roadside or in various shops. Today I am going to share with you two of the juices that I make at home in a short amount of time. I am sure all of you will surely enjoy these drinks.

Here I am going to present the process of making Raw Mango Juice. |

In this Summer season, I always prefer to have fruit juice among them I mostly like the raw mango juice. Because it provides lots of Vitamins. Most importantly this chilled juice removes my thirst, gives me refreshment, keeps my body hydrated, and is also good for my skin.

First I cut the raw mango into small pieces and throw away the seed . Then into a blender, we put all the ingredients – raw mango pieces, sugar, green chili, squeezed three lemons, and chilled water.

Hereafter I mixed all the ingredients together with a blender. It takes two to three minutes to blend it properly.

In the end, I served it into a glass and decorated it by putting a lemon on it to make it more attractive. In this way, I made my raw mango juice with all the homely ingredients. I wrote my community name, my user name, and today's date. I hope you all will have this at home like me.

In summer my another favorite drink is Muskmelon juice. In our human body these fruits provide nutrition, keep hydrating our body, improve our digestion system, and also keep our skin glowing. This fruit can be easily found in this season in our country and after being cut into pieces it can be eaten directly.

First I cut the Muskmelon fruit into small pieces by removing the seeds from it.

Then into a blender, I have put the pieces of Muskmelon fruit, sugar, squeezed lemon juice, and chilled water in it.

I have blended all the ingredients properly. Finally, I have poured the muskmelon juice into a glass and garnished it with a sliced lemon. In a paper, I wrote our community name, my user name, and the date of today.
