How are you all my dear friends hope you all are well and alhamdulillah I am also well today I am here to participate in a recipe contest organized by @ripon0630 sir in Steem For Bangladesh community the name of the contest is "Food for Mood | Season 5 | great a contest and this contest team I enjoy a lot also my friends are great recipeIt's great to enjoy the recipes and I'm very happy to share my recipes but today I'm mentioning my recipes,

✅ What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?

Food is not only enjoyed by us to keep our body healthy, we prefer to eat it according to our preferencesBut when we are in a bad mood or the mind is not working properly, a question comes to our mind that if we could eat my favourite foods we like, maybe our mind could be improved, just like when we are upset we want to eat the foods we like and if we If we can eat then our mood will naturally improve and so even today when I feel bad I try to prepare and eat my favorite food Dalpuri, which is much better eaten hot like this If we can make hot hot dal puri on rainy days or any time or when we are feeling down then our mood will be good in no time and today I will present this dalpuri recipe to you and show you how I make dalpuri.

🥘STEP 1🥘

●First, I will take a quantity of flour in a bowl,
●then I will add a spoonful of salt,
●then I will add three spoons of soybean oil,

🥘STEP 2🥘

●then I will knead the dough by hand to see if the amount of flour and oil is correct.
●If everything is fine, I will take normal temperature water and mix it with flour little by little to make a dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
●On the other hand, I put a frypan in the oven, I add a quantity of lentils with a spoonful of salt, some garlic cloves, a few green chillies,

●then I add a spoonful of turmeric powder and cook the dals in about 10 minutes.
● I'll take it down after a good shake
●Then I will see that the dou has become much softer

●and after kneading it well for a while, I will divide it into several small portions
●and Then I will take a small piece in my hand and make a gap in the middle, I will add the amount of of chilled dal
●and then wrap it well and make it into a round shape

●and it should be made into a puri size.
●In this way, all the puris should be prepared well,
● then put a pan in the oven and heat it with enough oil,

●After that light brown color and fry the puris well on both sides

●then in a bowl soak the tatulu in water for about twenty minutes
● and then make tatulu juice with salt dry chili powder and chaat masala in the tetul and hot It tastes better with dal pari

✅ What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it?

Dalpuri is very tasty and a fun dish to make and if I don't have the necessary ingredients on hand when I am ready to make it then I don't bother trying to make it because Dalpuri requires a lot of ingredients and no It will not be possible to make perfect dalpuri for lack of something so there is no need of extra trouble as we can find such dalpuri and alupuri being sold at the street corners of different and from there we can buy and meet our needs and we can change homemade food. that We can feed our stomach with dalpuriAnd this is the only alternative method for me

✅ Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?

Of course I will advise others to eat this food to feel good but I know no one will wait for my advice because many like me can choose to eat this food as they want and need or not because now this food is available at every turn of the road. We can easily get these types of food at our fingertips and in the evening we see crowds in those shops at various placesIt is clear that many people like me like to eat this food, maybe either to make their mind better or to satisfy their stomach hunger or they want to eat the favorite foods, so I will advise foodie friends like me to eat this food because I don't think anyone will feel bad mood after eating this hot food.
