Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Today I am here with another new travel blog on the day I left for Dhaka from Cox's Bazar after visiting the beach. I did this journey on last 8th December 2024 and now I present to you my complete travel blog starting from the time I left Cox's Bazar for Dhaka.

Our departure time was 11:45 am so after waking up in the morning we packed our bags and finished breakfast from another hotel near the hotel we were staying at. After breakfast we wandered around the beach for a while and returned to the hotel within a certain time and headed towards the bus stand with our bags. We hired a CNG and left for the bus stand as the bus stand was a bit far from the hotel where we were staying.

By 11:30 am I reached the bus counter and sat at the bus counter and waited for the bus. Within 10 minutes our bus arrived at the bus counter and then I again checked the ticket from my bag and boarded the bus with my required bag papers. I was really excited because on my way back to Dhaka from Cox's Bazar I wanted to enjoy the view of the mountain by the side of the road for which I decided to take a ticket back home in the morning. Anyway after boarding the bus I confirmed my ticket and prepared for the journey and at 11:45 AM our car started on time for Dhaka.

Our bus started moving towards Dhaka with few passengers and then I sat in the front seat of the bus and enjoyed the wonderful beauty of Chittagong division. Basically, I always buy the front seat ticket of the bus when I go somewhere or travel because sitting in the front seat can enjoy the outside scenery better. As our bus started its journey, we saw the hilly road of Chittagong which was incredibly beautiful. Sitting on the front seat of the bus, we moved forward to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Chittagong Division's hilly roads and hilly roads.

During the journey from Cox's Bazar to Dhaka, all the buses mainly stop at two places because the distance from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar is very long.

Our car stopped at a famous hotel in Chittagong after about two hours of journey. This hotel is very popular on the road within Chittagong that every bus coming to Cox's Bazar stops at this hotel. The main reason to stop at this hotel is because of its interior ambience and light meals. Moreover, there are clean washrooms inside this hotel where passengers can refresh themselves.

We halted at this hotel for the second time while coming from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar and now our bus halted at this famous hotel in Chittagong on its first halt while going from Cox's Bazar to Dhaka. Our layover time was 10 minutes so we quickly got down from the bus and proceeded towards the hotel to enter the hotel. After entering the hotel I freshened up and ordered lunch as it was already noon. For lunch I ordered beef khichuri which cost per plate Bangladeshi 300 Taka or 13.6 Steem

Since our layover time was short, I had a quick lunch, paid the food bill and took some photography in front of the small fountain inside the hotel. The ambience inside the potal was quite nice as I liked the area adjacent to the hotel much more. In no time the passengers in our car were informed of the end of the break and then we left the hotel and started walking to the car.

Although our journey break was for 10 minutes but our car waited there for more than 15 minutes as the passengers were not present in front of the car on time. However after some time all the passengers of our car appeared and then our journey resumed. Since we left sometime before noon, it was noon in no time so we enjoyed the time of the journey during at noon.

Shortly after our car started the journey the driver of the car made a speech to the passengers of the car which got us a lot of acceptance. The speech was about changing our itinerary. Basically there are two roads through Chittagong road to go to Dhaka through Chittagong road to Dhaka. But our bus driver decided to reach Dhaka by another road. One of the main reasons for this was that the driver wanted to make the journey more enjoyable for all the passengers of the bus because our bus will now have to cross the Karnaphuli Tunnel through the road that our bus will take under water which will make our journey more enjoyable. All my passengers agree to the driver and tell them to reach Dhaka by a different route.

Basically our driver had a funny plan and that was when our bus left the bus counter about 30 minutes before another bus left Cox's Bazar bus counter for Dhaka that bus was stuck in jam on Chittagong road. So our bus driver chose another route thanks to the driver to reach Dhaka earlier which was quite interesting for us.

Moreover, if we head towards Dhaka through this Karnaphuli tunnel road, there will be no jam, which will be good for our journey. However, in no time our car entered the Karnaphuli tunnel and after driving at high speed for about five minutes, we crossed the tunnel.

After driving for some time after crossing the Karnaphuli tunnel, the driver stopped the car at a nice place. The place was Patenga beach in Chittagong which I visited for the first time. Moreover, the main reason for stopping here was so that the passengers could enjoy the place for some time, which I liked a lot. Then like other passengers we got down from the bus and enjoyed the beautiful view of Patenga beach for some time.

With the consent of the passengers, our bus waited at Patenga Beach for a little over 20 minutes and by that time we did some photography there. Then our bus driver asked all our passengers to board the bus and then we boarded the bus as per the driver's instructions. But there was one thing I liked more and that was the bus driver was very friendly. Because he was presenting the beautiful roads of Chittagong with the passengers on the journey.

Anyway, after getting into the car as the driver said, our car started again towards Dhaka and like before I sat inside the car again and started enjoying the wonderful beauty on both sides of the road. In fact the roads of Chittagong Division are very good and the scenery on both sides of the road is amazing which is why tourists travel to different parts of Chittagong Division every year. After traveling for some time evening came and the sweet afternoon sun came through the bus windows which I liked much more.

1000048623.jpg1000048624.jpg

During the journey the afternoon slowly came to dusk and I could not see the scenery around the road well as by then darkness engulfed the area around the road. Anyway, in no time our car made a second stop at the famous restaurant of the place called Comilla. It is important to note that when our car stopped at Patenga Beach, it was not a journey break but a stop to enjoy the natural beauty. However, for the second break, our car stopped at one side of the hotel and was parked in a fixed line in line with other cars. Then we got down from the car as our car had stopped for 10 minutes.

1000048626.jpg

Among the many cars, our car was very well known because our car was the best of all cars and one of the most luxurious buses in Bangladesh. So it is very easy to recognize this bus among many buses. The only reason I am saying this is because when a bus stops at a restaurant, there are many other buses of the same company stopping there, so sometimes passengers have difficulty recognizing their own bus. But during the second journey we could identify our bus quite well as there was no other Green Line bus stopping there. Anyway at 10 minutes break we checked into the hotel and went to the eatery and tried a sandwich. Here the price per piece of sandwich was Bangladeshi 40 Taka or 1.8 Steem.

After a light meal we checked out of the hotel and boarded the bus. Within moments of boarding the bus, our break was over and the bus driver left for Dhaka again with the passengers of the bus. I feel a bit tired during the long journey so I try to relieve my tiredness by putting something like a pillow made of soft cloth around my neck and resting for some time in the bus.

1000047815.jpg1000047817.jpg

By nine o'clock in the night, our bus entered Dhaka city and the road of Dhaka city was jammed. The most annoying thing for me is this traffic jam. About 30 minutes out of the jam our bus moved ahead and we reached our destination by 9pm. Then we got off the bus at the bus counter and after listening took a rickshaw to our home within 15 minutes and thus ended my long journey of more than 9 hours.

Thank you very much
