Steps For Construction

Step 1
I fold the newspaper into two halves and cut it with my scissors. I then used a piece of broom to help me fold the newspaper. I made quite a number of it because it is the major material for this construction

Step 2
I fold the newspaper to form the neck, hand and body of the African woman and then tie it at the waist with thread so that it will not lose.

Step 3
I added more folded newspaper at the waist of the African woman to help have a standard height. The additional newspaper added forms the wrapper of the African woman.

Step 4
I squeezed a newspaper and placed it under the wrapper of the woman to have her legs open and to make the paperwork look balanced. I then tie thrade round the wrapper. Finally, at this stage, I tie a folded newspaper around the waist to be the edge of her wrapper.

✅ How did you get the idea of making paper crafts?
I got the idea of making papercraft from the decoration unit of my church and also from social media.

✅ Briefly tell us how you felt while making the papercraft
Honestly, I felt very happy while I was constructing this paper craftwork especially when I discovered that the result I was getting was what I was expecting and that gave me the courage to push on to the finishing.
