👩⚕️ What is your opinion about intermittent fasting? Is it easier to lose our weight or not?
Intermittent fasting is a state of diet where the body abstains from eating food to keep it healthy and fit. The main goal of this fast is to reduce excess calories in the body and tone the body.
When we fast, our bodies rely on fat for energy. This lowers insulin levels, burns fat, helps with weight loss, and helps with metabolic health.
Intermittent fasting has many benefits such as: -
- Helps regulate blood sugar and insulin levels.

- Reduces the risk of heart attack.

Losing body weight is easy or difficult depending on our diet. If we eat unaccounted food then we will never be able to lose weight. If we want to lose weight, we have to eat balanced food. We have to select food that burns excess calories in the body. If necessary, we have to take food with the advice of an expert doctor. Then we will be able to reduce the excess weight of our body.

Fasting for a certain period definitely brings benefits to the body without any exceptions. Everyone's physical condition is different. Their needs are different. Before fasting for long-term health, one must have an understanding of the body's condition. Knowing that there is a deficiency in body quotas, which is maintaining the dominance of the body, we fast for a long period without interruption, then it will be realistic. And if we want to fast for a long period, it will not be realistic.
