Yes in my opinion, intermittent fasting Aids weight loss. I have been involved in this practice and I can tell you for free that it works.
Yes it's easier to loss weight through intermittent fasting. When we get involved in intermittent fasting, because you practically do not have to do so much only to just abstain from eating for a short while.
Our body needs food to convert to energy, since it can't find any food, our body uses the fat that has been stored up in your body, converting it to energy.
This is the process that leads to weight loss. So instead of going the artificial way, I would advice intermittent fasting but not for a very long time so that it doesn't have an adverse effect on your body.

Intermittent fasting is good for weight loss but there are risks of for people with certain health conditions therefore it is not for everyone.
Yes it is risky with people with health conditions like Diabetes patients. Not only so even pregnant and breastfeeding mothers are advice not to get involved with intermittent fasting. People under medications too are advised not to get involved.
Some of the risk experienced when the wrong persons get involved in intermittent fasting includes;
Digestive problems, fatigue, difficulty in sleeping, headaches, nausea , mood swings.

Oh yes in my opinion intermittent fasting is a realistic way to stay healthy in a long time when it is done the right way, although it may not be for everyone as I have stated previously.
There are several benefits of intermittent fasting aside weight loss and some of them includes; control of inflammation, repair of some cellulars, improved metabolism, reduced unhealthy fat.
Intermittent fasting is a great way to start healthy but we sure need the guidance of a health practitioner to keep us in check just to avoid any health side effects. We definitely know that too much of everything is bad.

Recently I started a weight loss therapy and guess what? Intermittent fasting is one of it but I have only done it now for 3 days.
At the beginning, intermittent fasting is not always easy but if you persist you will certainly get the required results.
You have to watch your body reactions when involved in an intermittent fasting , observe how your body takes it just to know if you should stop or continue and always seek the advice of a doctor.
Remember what works for one person may not work for you or another person. But in general intermittent fasting is a great way to stay healthy!
