Hello Healthy Steemians 😍,

What's up? Hope you all are doing well. Today I am going to share with you about a healthy food recipe. I appreciate @mesola sister for organizing such a worth contest. Now I am ready to share with fried banana blossom recipe. The ingredients that I have included when I make this recipe add more nutritional components to this food. And anyone loves this food. I prepare this at least once a week in my house because its nutritional properties are very important for the body.

Ingredients required

Method of Making

First, remove the outer cover of the banana blossom and wash it thoroughly with water. Then I cut it into small pieces.

Clean the squirrel and wash it with hot water and clean it well. Squirrel is a food rich in calcium, so it is a food that contains important protein for our body.

Then I sifted the ingredients listed above well and cut them into small pieces into different shapes. Then I put it all in a pan, and I put the pan on the stove.

After that, coconut oil was poured into the pan and heated for a few minutes. Then, when the oil was heated, first add the halibut and fry it for a while. It takes a while to fry the dried squirrel and dried fish, so I fried it first.

Then the coconut blossom, which takes a long time to fry, was kept aside, and the betel nuts and chilies were fried. After a few minutes of adding everything, the dried fish & dried squirrel and coconut blossom were fried.

After adding all the ingredients, let it fry for about 5 minutes. Then added chillies and made the recipe more delicious.

Finally, after turning off the stove, I left the pan as it was and put the rice and lentils on my plate. I love to eat this kind of food. Because it's hot & spicy, it's yummy.

Banana blossom food contains fiber, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and vitamin E. More than such foods, now many people are trying to taste junk foods. So by preparing such valuable food in the way you want to eat, you can live a healthy and good life.
