Introduction
Intermittent Fasting (IF), it's a popular method for weight management. It is also said that IF is helping to improve metabolic health. Actually, in this method we have a cycle of eating and fasting. A common pattern is 16 :8. It means 16 hours for fasting and eating within 8 hours window or alternative day fasting.
However, we have seen this approach doesn't work universally for all of us. Experts emphasizes that it depends on the individual health needs and lifestyle. In this contest actually, we want to let us that is it beneficial or not.
