The Diary Game #64: 21/12/24: Trip home on board of DFDS

Hello my dear Steemians,

 

*While being on the ferry we also made our round around, first outside because we try to check up how everything is, the exists and also we always check where the rescue boats and how many. When we saw them from ground they were looking relatively small but when we were standing in front of them only then we realise how spacious they were. *

You also can see the name of ferry "DFDS". While we did our round, it was very windy along one side and also quite cold, so we did not stay long but went inside.

 

 

 

This is a port in Newcastle, quite busy because of our ferry but also it is about 3PM so the end of the day for people working in the port.
 

 

 

 

On board of ferry

 

While going around we noticed this corridor that was along the window pn one side and on other side there were some shops.

 

 

At the end of the corridor there is a desk to get registration for dinner, decorated with festive decoration.

 

 

 

 

 

Here is the place for children, at the moment it is empty but later on it will be quickly filled with children.

 

 

In the morning we had breakfast, there were variety for any taste. My favourite is salmon, sweet peppers and cucumber and some fresh bread buns, tea and smoothie. The service was friendly and did everything for people so that everyone felt well looked after.

 

 

Nice trip over night, we definitely will take it again.
