The Diary Game:||Having Mixed Feelings Today and How I Managed to Become Cheerful||24th December,2024||

Seasons greetings dear steemian ladies!

The long awaited season is here for us especially we ladies, I hope you are all enjoying this festive season? Yea,I long to enjoy as others too but something struck my heart today. I woke up very early around 5am went to check messages and replies on social media I was actually 🆒 with it, after then I did my morning prayer that was about 6:30am and slept back till 8:30am , when I finally got up I went outside and everywhere was lonely 😭🥺 and empty, I quickly had a flash back of my mum who's no more to make the house lively. Unlike today that's Christmas eve,she would have gone to the market and stock the house with food but no one to do that, I sat outside heartbroken

I was wallowing in tears

I couldn't do any chores because of the state I find myself, I have to call my immediate elder brother and inform him about my mood and he told me to see him in his business premise,so I freshen up immediately and got myself dressed up like this 👇👇

Properly dressed to meet my immediate elder brother	I had to wear a little smile 😊 on my face

When I finish I called him to be sure he is the shop, although the sun was scorching I couldn't go immediately so I waited a little bit. He later called me not to bother about coming that he will rather come in the evening and I was glad because it has reduce the stress of walking under hot sun, I quickly went to the kitchen to prepare something to eat all these happened in the afternoon, so I boiled sweet yam Discorea family

In the evening my brother came has promised and I was very glad to have him after a long time,we gisted and talk about life generally and at the end I accompanied him to the main road where he will board tricycle to his house and I took this picture with him and my younger brother

My brother's presence really cheer me up and brighten my day.
