• In what ways have you improved your cooking skills?
As a woman, the best thing that I can do for myself is to improve my cooking skills which is something that I constantly do often to have a better home. I have improved my cooking skills is learning from others like learning how to cook what I haven't cooked before or don't know how to cook very well from my sister, mother, or friends around me.
Also, I have improved my cooking skills, by reading posts on the Steemit platform. I do read about food content and I also watch some YouTube videos about cooking foods that have exposed me and helped me to improve my cooking skills.

Most people see fried food as an unhealthy food because of its high-calorie content and potential for negative effects on health, but there are also, benefits to eating fried food. The finger benefits of fried food are;
Improved Taste and Satisfaction: Fried food or by frying our food flavor is enhanced making it more satisfying and palatable for eating.
Preservation of Nutrients: For example foods like vegetables can retain more of their nutrients when they are been fried at a high temperature. This means frying spinach can help to retain vitamin K.
Increased Absorption of Fat-Soluble Nutrients: By frying food the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K and increased which are better consumed when mixed with oil.
Antioxidant Properties: Like olive oil which is used for frying contains antioxidants that can benefit or improve health as it can help us to fight inflammation.
Quick Cooking and Convenience: Frying is one of the fastest ways of cooking which is a convenient choice for busy people. Also frying foods can maintain texture and taste over time.

Moi-Moi is one of the meals that I ate within the week and it is my favorite meal. Moi-Moi is a traditional dish in Nigeria that is made using beans which are proteins. The health benefits of Moi-moi are:
High in Protein: Like I said it is made using beans which is an excellent source of plant-based protein making it the best choice for vegans and vegetarians. Protein is important in our body as protein helps us to repaimusclesle, increase our health, etc.
Rich in Fibre; Beans which are used to make Moi Moi contain fiber that can help us with digestion and regulate the sugar in our body.
Packed with Micronutrients: Different varieties of minerals and vitamins are contained in Moi moi.
Magnesium: Moi Moi supports nerve function and muscle and it also improves energy production.

To the best of my knowledge, Thomas Keller word emphasizes the importance of creativity, a Personal touch in bringing a recipe to life, and the passion one has for cooking. A recipe provides ingredients and instructions, but it is inherently lifeless which is seen as just a framework.
The quote also means that the soul of a dish comes from the interpretation of the cook, the optional connection to the process, and the effort that is been put into cooking. Factors like cultural influences, cooking experience, and attention to detail in the kitchen transform the recipe into memorable and something useful. The quote is a reminder for us that cooking is far beyond following steps meaning cooking requires heart, time, and individuality to create something truly special and meaningful.
