Yazz, this is my first time cooked Chicken Kemangi Leaves Spicy Chili Sauce and Alhamdulillah I did it. A part of my soul is a chef, indeed. Ahaha...

To begin with clean the chicken wings with the flow water in the sink. I sprinkle 3 tsp salt and mix it well with the chicken wings. I squeeze the lime on the chicken wings therefore mix it well, too.
I clean the spice herbs namely 4 cloves garlics and 1.5 cm ginger. After washed it, I crushed it then mix it well also with the chicken wings while recited Sholawat. I marinated it approximately for fifteen minutes.
However I forgot to take a pic for the chicken wings at that time. My bad.

Fifteen minutes later I put the chicken wings which one I marinated last time with some of spice herbs on the frying pan then pour 500 ml water furthermore boiled it about thirteen minutes.
I sift the chicken broth with the spice herbs and pour it into the mini bowl. I will use it later to mix it with the chili sauce.
This is one of my habits when I am cooking chicken in many ways. Hehe... I do love to make ori chicken broth by myself.
Meanwhile waiting for the chicken wings boiled, I prepared, I meant I clean some of ingredients to cooked spicy chili sauce there are 2 cloves garlic, 3 cloves shallot, 15 pcs cayenne pepper, 10 pcs chili, 1.5 cm ginger and 2 pcs tomato.
I took my blender then blend all of those spice herbs with 80 ml water. I blend it till pretty smoth. I clean Kemangi leaves and lemongrass with the flow water, too. I crushed the lemongrass.
I heat the oil afterwards several minutes later I put the chicken wings one by one into the frying pan.
I fried it with the small flame due to the fact that last time I already cooked, I meant boiled the chicken wings with spice herbs. Just need about 10 minutes to waiting for the chicken cooked well.
I just left 300 ml oil to continued to make spicy chili sauce. Five minutes later after heating the oil with the medium flame. I pour the chili sauce slowly into the frying pan.
I put crushed lemongrass and a minute later I pour the ori chicken broth which one I got from boiled the chicken wings last time.
I sprinkle a little salt & sugar also then mix it while reciting Sholawat for my simply cooking today, Chicken Wings Kemangi Leaves Spicy Chili Sauce.
Let me tell you fellas that I didn't put any MSG mostly when I am cooking some foods. No doubt, I am so excited for my dine tonight.
Approximately 13 minutes when the chili sauce almost cooked, I put a bunch of Kemangi leaves into the chili sauce then I put fried chicken wings subsequently I continued again to spread a bunch Kemangi leaves into it therefore mix it well. I turn off the gas stove.
To be honest this my first time cooked Chicken Wings Kemangi Leaves Spicy Chili Sauce. However I knew how to cooked it InsyaaAllah inasmuch as I do love to improve myself in he kitchen. Ahaha...
I took a beige pretty plate then platting Chicken Wings Kemangi Leaves Spicy Chili Sauce on it. Sure, I took some pictures for my savory cooking today. Alhamdulillah the taste is so delicious & my friends love it.
