Hello fellow steemians, The Steemit Learning Challenge (SLC) Season 21 Week 2 has come to an end, now it is time for our team to submit some brief reports and announce the winners of the SLC contest S21W2: Effective classroom management.

In this 2nd week, the theme of the teaching team is focused on effective classroom management which is a series of activities that teachers carry out, to ensure that lessons run smoothly and students behave positively. Effective classroom management is an important part of creating a positive and productive learning environment and one of them is the arrangement and governance of learning spaces that make students feel comfortable and ready to start the learning process to completion.
We as a teaching team have created a teaching assignment this week, not focusing on explanations that are easy to find on the internet. By modifying the task with the keyword classroom atmosphere management, and replacing it with effective classroom management. Thus we found participants who gave their knowledge and understanding in a real way, guided by the keywords of the task we gave.
In the end, we found some participants who deserved to be selected as the best weekly participants from the tasks we gave, and the answers were relevant to our desired expectations.

In Week Two, there was an increase in the number of participants who participated from the previous 25 participants in the first week, to 33 participants in the second week. We tried to give a proper assessment of the quality of the posts they made while encouraging all participants to try to improve their posts by providing constructive feedback.
Until this publication was posted, out of 33 participants who participated, 13 participants received voice support from SC01 and SC02. This means that 39% of the participants in Week Two, received the support of votes SC01 and SC02, which is good news for our teaching team.
In selecting the winners, our team members selected the top three posts that had been moderated so that their names were included in the nomination list, we then re-read the posts and gave an assessment, this is so that we can choose posts that are of real quality so that the selection of winners can be accounted for fairly, the team's decision is final and cannot be contested.
Thus this winner announcement post is made, we congratulate all selected winners. The selected winners will get a voice prize from SC01. Thank you to all participants who have participated in this week's Steemit Learning Challenge contest, keep up the spirit and keep working.
