Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From 11th-17th April, 2024.

Greetings everyone!
This is my first report after being appointed as a Steem Representative. I am very grateful to the Steemit team for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve for the betterment of this platform and all users.

Another happy thing to share with you all is that I have achieved my 4x Dolphins within the first week of being appointed as a Steem Representative. My first week from 11th April to 17th April, 2024 in this platform all my performances are presented below in detail.

I'm working as a community curator this month and I curated with @steemcurator07 for two days between the 11th and the 17th. Details of my curation day are given below:

• Our community is currently maintaining good activity. I am happy that our community is growing.

• I curate users from the official account of Steem4Professionals every day and do reviewing only once a week. New users post a lot in our community, giving them guidance and support.

• Also, I organized a competition in the community. A total of 16 users participated. I announced the winner this week. Winnner Announcement of Contest - What is the Best and Easiest way to Find a Job?

I have helped many users in the past week by guiding them in various directions. I have explored the issues of user posts in various communities. Also, as a moderator, I have closely monitored the community posts. The problems I have seen are:

1. Most of the users do not use their voting power properly.
2. Even after using #burnsteem25 tag they make mistake of setting 25% Beneficiary on null Account.
3. Posting the diary game uses images from different dates.
4. Noticed apathy about powering up.
5. Article generation by AI.

Regarding all these issues, I have informed all users of the platform about the correct rules of Steemit and have resolved the issues of each user. I have guided and advised users on the correct use of voting power and encouraging other users to upvote, teaching the correct rules for using the #burnsteem25 tag, informing about the power up every month and rules for using images in articles. I have helped and supported everyone by closely monitoring especially the new users.

• Steem For Bangladesh : Currently there is an engagement challenge going on in the Steem for Bangladesh community. I reviewed a total of 54 posts this week. Every post I monitor very closely. If I see any problem in their post, I suggest them in the review. This time again I have given directions to user. Post Link

• Steem For Ladies : I reviewed 24 posts this week in the Steem For Ladies community. Organized a cooking competition for ladies which is still going on. In addition, while reviewing, I advised users on posts and detected AI in two user posts. Post Link

• STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE : I reviewed these 17 posts in the STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE community this week. Also I have organized a competition on creative writing.

I have increased my steem power more in the last week. Last week i had power up 765.343 steem. Currently my steem power is 20,016.64. Post Link

After powering up 765.343 steem, I achieved my 4th dolphin and currently associated with the #club100. For that, I give a big thanks to the Steemit team. Post Link

I have presented all my activities for the last seven days. I will keep myself more active on the platform while fulfilling all my responsibilities as a Steem Representative. I will do my best to follow the rules of this platform and am committed to help and advise all users.
