Hi, all fellow Steemians,

Good morning from India,

Again, this week was satisfactory as I completed my first individual SEC session. I must say it was comparatively successful, barring a single challenged decision, but that's part of the job, and as it was my first, it gave me a lot to learn for future ones, if I get any.

I published the summary and report on 21st November, and this chapter is closed now.

Offline, our appointment with the surgeon was postponed from the 21st to the 22nd of October, but it was all good as there were no complications whatsoever. Now we have to see him on November 14th for a final checkup, and hopefully, all will be fine.

I have applied for season 21 and am looking forward to it. In case I get this one, I will be ready with different ideas about marketing assignments next time. As I mentioned, I have applied for the season 21st, with a changed name that will cover my favorite topic, "Marketing Strategies."

On my writing front, I am trying to do my best, as writing is my passion, so I don't want to go slow on that. I am posting my regular 8-10 posts a week, including my power-up posts.

This week I have nothing much to write as I was too busy on two fronts, online the Season 20 and offline taking care of my wife post-surgery.

However, I did not stop participating in a couple of contests and did at par. As usual, I am posting my regular posts, power-up posts, and reports for various tasks as part of the job.

Meanwhile, I have not applied for the Steem Curator's post for November so far to keep my full attention writing and in case I am selected for season 21.

Despite being so busy, I am spending my time looking for newbies. I agree my busy schedule slowed me down a bit on this front, yet I selected two talented newbies. I visited as many posts and selected some of the best, irrespective of their ranks, club status, communities, and countries, the only condition being they should rank under 50.

I supported two more newbies, keeping them as beneficiaries in my different posts. As I always mention, I will keep supporting newbies because my "Newbie Support Program is working well, and I feel good when I see newbies showing their happiness when they read my comments on their posts.

I regret I could not select a couple of talented newbies and include them in this week's quota, but I will add them next week if they remain under 50.

I am writing a message on the selected posts, and some of them understand the meaning of my message, so they feel happy and respond positively because they feel someone cares for them.

I posted a comment on his post

I received no reply so far though.

Once again, no reply, not so far, but no worries.

I completed my weekly duty as moderator, which was a little more than compared to the last few weeks. I guess some famous travelers have come back and posted in this community. However, I am trying my best to support genuine queries by Steemians both new and old through various channels to support them spreading awareness, and pacifying them in case anyone has a problem.

But as a moderator of Traveling Steem, I am trying my best to support everyone, including newbies, and help them my best by voting them up as per their post quality. Last Monday was not as busy as I had to review only three posts as the timezone difference made my job easy.

At the Power-Up front, I made several additions to my wallet within the last month, as I am reaching close to my 8th Dolphin status. I have almost 38.5k SP in my wallet (including those not yet powered up).

As SR, I try my best to support all good posts, but as I have mentioned time and again, I still see a lot of attempts to game the system but the number of such users is reducing for sure.

My Account Summary

My CSI is normally in the range of 12-16, which shows that I am supporting all who need my support; however, this week I could not visit as many posts because writing reports, moderation, and curation kept me busy on other assignments.

These are my regular posts,

I am proud that the current SEC-20 hasn't slowed me down this week despite being too busy off and online on different fronts. I must admit that most of my time is spent on writing comments however, I am writing enough posts with no compromise with my posts' quality.

As I have always said, I support as many newbies as I can through various methods, including setting them as a beneficiary in at least 2 of my posts every week, which helps them stay positive. I always vote for low-level members according to their quality of posts and support them as a member and in my capacity of community curator and Steem Representative.

In the end, I am doing my job without any partiality, always thinking beyond any specific country or community, and supporting everyone on the platform on an equal basis. Last but not least, thanks to all the Steemians for all they do to support me and the Steemit platform in general.

That's all for this week!

Thanks, I wish you all a nice time ahead.

Yours Sincerely
