Ingredients for Paneer Barfi Recipe

Grated Paneer - 1/2 kg

Condensed milk - quarter kg

Milk powder - half a cup

Cream milk - half a cup

Cardamom powder - quarter spoon

Sugar - quarter cup

Paneer Barfi Recipe

  1. Place a bowl on the stove and add milk.

  2. Boil them on low flame.

  3. After they boil completely, add grated paneer and mix well.

  4. After a few minutes it will thicken. Now add condensed milk and mix well.

  5. After it is mixed well, add milk powder, sugar, cardamom powder and mix well. Make sure not to make lumps.

  6. If you keep mixing it like that, it will come apart from the tin without asking. At that time the stove should be built.

  7. Now take a tray and spread ghee or butter on the bottom.

  8. Spread this mixture on it. All sides should be adjusted equally. Let it cool down.

  9. After it cools down, put it in the fridge. It will harden a bit.

  10. Then cut them into bars. Garnished with pistachios and almonds on top, it is mouthwatering.

Paneer Barfi is sure to be a hit with kids. Since sugar has been added in it, it is better for diabetic patients not to eat it. It can be made with jaggery. Otherwise the color will change slightly. Adding sugar makes the paneer barfi white. If the same jaggery is added, it is likely to turn brown. For children who don't like adding sugar, add jaggery and cook it.
