There's always an obstacle or challenges in life , the zeal to keep pushing until you overcome is the key, I can't say my journey here on steemit has been smooth ,there are lots of things I can count as my challenge. Let me show you some.

What is or has been your biggest challenge on Steemit?

Steemit has been the best thing that I would forever be grateful for. Since I joined I have been growing gradually,but seeing people who just joined making waves ,growing faster than me, it became a challenge. My challenge on steemit is just growing my Steem power. I have seen many that are creating quality content but no support,if I can grow my Steem power to where I can curate at most $5 in a post I would be happy.

Another challenge is visibility: There are noticable steemians that are very visible in the platform, their absence can easily be noticed. I want to be visible in the platform. I have been struggling to explore so that my visibility will be noticed. I want to work as a curator, I want to experience the curation on steemit,haven applied twice without consideration I kept wondering .

How do you think Steemit improve for it's users?

Things are hard , to save is no longer easy, I can remember the time of Tron 99% of users were competing for club100, when I look round now as a moderator I can barely count users in club100.

I think if it's possible they should bring other incentives that can benefit users so that we can be saving our Steem how it's supposed to be. Imagine waking up to nothing in your house and the only thing you can think of is the small steemit reward in your wallet, there would be no option than to take small to solve the immediate problem. But if there are other way that will not count or affect our growth that would make more users to overcome the challenge of taking away their Steem power.

Despite the challenges, what keeps you motivated on Steemit?

The motivation I'm getting now only God knows, there was a time it was like I'm doing nothing,no support from any where. I was demoralized,but God's grace located me once more and I'm energized and motivated to continue. My motivation now is the support from friends and big curators who have been consistently showing concern on my post.
I am motivated because I know my post is helpful to other people on the platform. What more can I say the rewards at the end of my post is motivating.

How can or does the community help with challenges?

I'm sure we have so many communities on steemit whereby they should help where curators couldn't reach. Every user want where he or she will be supported as such communities will help by supporting active, quality and consistent users. Booming shouldn't only be for the VIPs it should go round to as many users as possible.

How can we come together to solve problems?

There's curation trails on steemit, we should all come together to join one authentic trail so that it helps our growth, we all have different interest which may not fit or suit well with everyone but if we can agree to support any community of our choice by delegating some percentage of our steem power it will also go a long way .

Summarily, I want to overcome all my steemit challenge, I want to grow and help in supporting others , I have been trying my best with the little power that I have.
