Your Fight is not Their Fight

I learnt something yesterday.

My fight is different.
So many times we compare our victories with that of others and we fall short.

Our failures are magnified in our eyes and we are greatly discouraged.

But hey, my fight is not your fight.

We are different people chasing different things.

The person hunting rabbits and the one hunting elephant do not use the same weapon or technique.

When you see me carry my hunting gun, and wear camouflage, do not feel that I have a more worthy profession than the one that carries his hoe and cutlass. Our fights are not the same.

This has encouraged me so much and I feel good just writing about it.

I grew up thinking that the money was with the shirt and tie group of people but oh! Adulthood has taught me different.

Money is where value is. The person that boards a bus to his shop at Mile 1 has a house and kids that attend the same school with the kids of the Man that wears a tie and carries a briefcase.

If you look well, this life balance. Na your scale wey no good.
