Let's show how creative you are : drawing - squirrel

Greetings to the wonderful people of this community @steem4nigeria, it's a money making Monday and I was in the mood to draw today. Today we shall be drawing a squirrel and this idea was made possible thanks to @benton3 which always brings out this amazing contest, without further ado let's dive into the drawing.

MATERIALS

1 Pencil
2 eraser
3 sharpener and
4 plane sheet of paper

STEPS

step 1

Firstly, I took my pencil and began to draw the face which comprises of the ears, eyes and mouth.

Here I then draw the hands and the body of the squirrel 🐿️

step 3

After doing that I then drew the two legs and also the tail.

step 4

This is the final step where I shaded the tail and outlined my drawing so it will look more beautiful and I also wrote my username.

FUN FACTS ABOUT SQUIRREL

Did you know that squirrel can rotate their hind legs to 180 degrees enabling them to descend head first, not only can they rotate their legs but they can also jump up to 20 feet up in a single leap. Squirrel lives in different habitat and environments, some are found in the forest areas, urban areas and they can adapt to different climate change. Squirrel can climb up and down trees head first due to their flexible ankle joints and have a highly developed memory enabling them to recall where they catch their food. Their bushy hairy tails serve as balance, aids communication and even serves as blanket to them. These are some few fun facts about squirrels and I personally think that they are amazing animals.
