Mother's hagu is of no use, but dung is a very useful food. Eating raw during penance benefits the body. Food problems are solved by making dough during cooking and as fertilizer in farming. If dung is applied to the soil, various fruits and flowers such as paddy, amra, rajnigandha etc. will be produced from it.

For this reason the other name of the king of fruits is mango and the queen of flowers is called rose. This is where the Sanskrit word 'Janani Janmabhoomisch Swargadpi Goriyasi' comes from. Fair girls are called Gori, they are married to good husbands. Losing a favorite thing is called 'Losing a cow' and finding a livelihood is called 'Finding a cow'. The mountain forest is full of cannibals, they eat humans whenever they find them. Jim Corbett wrote his famous botanical book 'Maneaters of Kumaon' about this.
